短命4天飯店筆記part2(8吋 size 1個)
1.Cream Cheese(500g)打軟,分次加入蛋黃(3~4個)拌勻
2.蛋白(3~4個蛋分離而得).糖(190g)打發
3.取部份打發蛋白和蛋黃糊拌勻,再全部拌入
4.裝模烤焙40~50min’s(水蒸烤,上下火200度C上色後關上火)
ps.模具班班是用8吋慕斯圈,底部包覆錫箔,蛋糕下面用消化餅乾底
